With vines grown upon Saint-Emilion’s renowned clay-limestone plateau, our family has been making fine wines for more than four hundred years.
A fascinating and challenging past we have shared with winegrowers of this appellation, especially members of the ‘Jurade’, Saint-Emilion’s well-known wine brotherhood, and our customers all over the world.
At the end of the 1970s, Jacques Capdemourlin established the unification of our vineyards, grouping together a total of 60 hectares which comprise the Capdemourlin Wine Estates.
