THE VINEYARD

Area under vine : 14 hectares (35 acres)
Terroir : Limestone-clay on northern slope and siliceous-clay
Varietals : 65% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Franc, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon
Average vine age : 34 years old

Viticulture :
- Parcels determined by GPS images
- All parcels of the vineyard are identified
- Respect of the environment with focus on prevention
- Reasoned vine growing

Harvest : Manual, with small perforated crates.

WINEMAKING

Tanks : 100% stainless steel, external thermo-regulation
Fermentation : Minimum 3 weeks, according to the vintage
Barrels : 50% new oak, 50% one year, malolactic fermentation in new barrels.
Aged in barrels : 15 to 18 months

Average annual production : 70,000 bottles
